● Ken will write an article for Jeanne regarding vacant block captain positions.

● Jeanne will write article asking for volunteers to coordinate adult, teen and middle school events in January, February and possibly March.

● Vacant Brookdale block captain position.

● Vacant Social Director position.

● Worked on e-mail in the old system.

● Will send another e-mail blast about vacant SD position.

● Will send e-mail blast for volunteers to coordinate adult, teen and middle school events.

Thomas Sullivan is willing to coordinate a teen night, coffee house, battle of the bands. He has 3 bands willing to play and will invite some of the Metea music groups (so not all "bands"). Needs some details about what could be offered (food, drink, cost of renting St. Thomas gym, should there be an admission or ticket charge?)

● Dave sent the 2011 updated budget and operating budget with a review through e-mail, and reviewed last month’s expenses.

● Neighborhood directory printing came in lower than expected.

● Without social director we will focus on larger events and will have a decent budget.

● Budget is positive due to events not held and printing costs. Spend or pay taxes issue to discuss.

● Trolly ride is being coordinated by Jennifer Sanchez

● Adult Mixer Janet Montefusco agreed to coordinate something for January or February.

● Jeanne will write an article asking for coordinators for adult mixer, teen event and middle school event. To be held in January or February.

● Feed My Starving children is filled on weekends through summer 2012.
