1.    Finance, Infrastructure (Dave Dragon)

●    Dave sent the 2011 updated budget and operating budget with a review through e-mail, and reviewed last month’s expenses.

●    Neighborhood directory printing came in lower than expected.

●    Without social director we will focus on larger events and will have a decent budget.

●    Budget is positive due to events not held and printing costs. Spend or pay taxes issue to discuss.
